I was blown away from the beginning of our interaction. … More For such a young man, his customer service and communication were outstanding. He first asked how I liked to communicate (Text, ring door, call), as a prior military recruiter, I understand the importance of making sure you know how to communicate with your customer). During the whole project, he kept me updated, was forthcoming in all the issues that needed (we knew we had wood rot) to be taken care of, sent pictures, answered my questions and just was one of the best interactions I have had with such a big project.
